Cold Drawn Steel Pipe is a steel pipe without seams on the surface of the entire steel pipe produced by drawing, extrusion, perforation, etc. It is a round, square and rectangular steel with a hollow section and no joints around it. It is made of steel ingots or solid tube blanks through perforation to make capillaries, and then cold drawn.
Delivery Conditions
GBK(+A): After the final cold drawing process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere.

Production Process
Different processing methods and corresponding auxiliary procedures are selected according to the processing performance of the metal, the size of the pipe, the quality requirements, and the investment and benefits. The basic processes of cold-rolled and cold-drawn pipes are:
(1) pipe material supply, the pipe materials used are hot-rolled finished pipes or semi-finished pipes, extruded pipes and welded pipes;
(2) pipe material preparation, including inspection, bundling, acid Washing, cleaning, rinsing, neutralizing, drying, lubricating, etc.;
(3) Cold working (cold rolling or cold drawing);
(4) Finishing of finished products includes heat treatment of finished products, straightening, sampling, cutting heads and tails, inspection ( Manual inspection and various flaw detection), hydraulic test, oiling, packaging, storage, etc. Different products have different finishing contents.
